Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Assistant to support our growing
online presence and marketing efforts which will also include updating and monitoring our new competitions page that is launching very soon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent organisational skills, and hopefully a passion for the aquatics industry. This role will involve assisting with website maintenance via Shopify, content creation, social media management and customer support via our social media handles.

Key Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Update product listings, manage inventory, and ensure that website content is current and accurate.
- Competition Creation: Working with management to update and maintain our competitions page; Perfect Aquatics Competitions.
- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, focusing on aquatics-related topics such as fish care, tank setup, and product reviews.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels by creating
compelling posts, responding to follower inquiries, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to help inform marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analysing digital marketing campaigns and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, Shopify and Clover).
- Knowledge of the aquatics industry is a plus, but not required—a willingness to learn is
essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and
stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.

Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is
essential.
- A proven track record in digital marketing and brand management.

systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
