30-Day In-Store Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We value your business and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Below is our in-store return policy, effective immediately:

1. Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Change of Mind

  • Please note: We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or no longer want the product. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where you decide the product is not the right size, style, or colour after purchase.

3. Eligible Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days if they meet the following conditions:
    • The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or valid proof of transaction) must be presented. (Loyalty Scheme is not an accepted proof of purchase)
    • The item is in unused, original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Perishable goods (Live Food)
  • Items marked as “End of Line” or “clearance”

5. Refunds

  • For eligible returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. We may offer a store credit alternative at the customers discretion.
  • Shipping or delivery costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Holding deposits are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible within the 30-day return period, provided the item meets all return conditions set out above.

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange or credit note. Please get in contact with us immediately to return the item within 30 days along with your proof of purchase.

8. How to Return

  • Items must be returned in person at the store where the purchase was made.
  • Please bring your proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
